Natalie is an expert in brand building, content and cross-channel marketing, commercialization and business development, with a passion for creating measurable progress and tangible value.
Her background includes CMO and board member roles at a specialized breast CT manufacturer with unique photon-counting technology, and a CMO role at a MedTech startup where she built a well-known B2B brand at the intersection of IT, medicine and AI. As Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Europe's largest hospital operator, she led a large team covering the full spectrum of marketing and communications disciplines for many years.
Her work in nation branding and location marketing for Germany Trade & Invest/BMWi and the initiative "Germany – Land of Ideas", together with earlier consulting work, sparked her enthusiasm for analytical and strategic thinking and international business development.
Natalie also supports clients in reputation management, CEO positioning and executive coaching. As a speaker, she regularly talks about successful commercialization and the role of emotion in B2B technology marketing.
