Natalie Erdmann

Natalie is an expert in brand building, content and cross-channel marketing, commercialization and business development, with a passion for creating measurable progress and tangible value.

Her background includes CMO and board member roles at a specialized breast CT manufacturer with unique photon-counting technology, and a CMO role at a MedTech startup where she built a well-known B2B brand at the intersection of IT, medicine and AI. As Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Europe's largest hospital operator, she led a large team covering the full spectrum of marketing and communications disciplines for many years.

Her work in nation branding and location marketing for Germany Trade & Invest/BMWi and the initiative "Germany – Land of Ideas", together with earlier consulting work, sparked her enthusiasm for analytical and strategic thinking and international business development.

Natalie also supports clients in reputation management, CEO positioning and executive coaching. As a speaker, she regularly talks about successful commercialization and the role of emotion in B2B technology marketing.

Dr. Stefan Braunewell

With a doctorate in physics, Stefan helps companies translate complex technologies into clinical and commercial success. His focus is on AI, medical technology and precision medicine.

His experience ranges from research and technology transfer to industrial R&D, platform and ecosystem strategies. At the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Medicine, he was responsible for business development and strategic growth. He later built an innovation team for AI in healthcare at a global MedTech company and developed new approaches to medical imaging and data-driven medicine. As Head of Ecosystem at a radiology AI platform startup, he helped shape one of the leading international partner networks for AI in radiology.

Today, Stefan supports companies in bringing technologies from idea to clinical and commercial application – from positioning and market strategy to partnerships, stakeholder management and implementing complex innovation projects.

He particularly enjoys working at the interfaces between technology, regulation, healthcare delivery and the market – where innovations often fail, but also where they can have the greatest impact.
